Cristina Reyna Wanger, President

Over the past 6 years, Cristina has worked as an Executive Recruiter, serving clients throughout the nation. With an established background in recruiting and having worked closely with hiring professionals, Cristina has the competitive advantage of identifying exactly what employers look for during their search for the right candidate. Starting in 2005, she worked under the direction of the late Dorothy Wood, and in January 2010, Cristina launched Reyna Consulting, LLC / Wood Search and Consulting, an executive search firm based in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Previous to 2005, Cristina worked in the fields of education, the non-profit sector as well as the federal government. Cristina earned her Bachelor’s of Applied Arts and Science and Master of Science from the University of North Texas at Denton. She enjoys reading about health and nutrition, and is an active member at her church.


Michelle Geslani, Senior Vice President

Michelle has a 7 year history in recruiting, most recently in the healthcare industry. She served as a top producer for one of the nation's largest providers of nursing and allied healthcare professionals. As a specialist in the temporary and permanent placement of allied health staffing solutions, Michelle attained platinum status in recruiting, the highest level. She has traveled all over the country meeting and recruiting clients to provide the best client-candidate matches possible. A native Texan, Michelle earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington, graduating cum laude. She is highly involved in her family, community, and church.


John M. Wanger, Chief Operating Officer

Prior to joining the team at Reyna Consulting, LLC, John spent nine years working in college ministry, at various campuses throughout Oklahoma. Most recently, he worked for five years at QuikTrip Corporation and joined the Reyna Consulting team full time in 2010. John earned his Bachelors in Mass Communications with a minor in Math, from Northwestern Oklahoma State University, and his Masters in Christian Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is an avid fan of baseball and his favorite teams are the St. Louis Cardinals and the Texas Rangers.


Jane Stilwell, Executive Recruiter

Jane is originally from Michigan, and has studied Liberal Arts, Music and Sociology at Grace Bible College and DBU in Dallas. For the past 15 years, she has served as a Birth Doula and has helped numerous families during a very exciting time in their life. Previously, Jane also worked as a Loan Service Specialist, has taught Art, and worked at a call center for a Radiology company.


Walyn Foster, Executive Recruiter

Walyn has a strong background in customer service, working with national accounts, inventory control and employee relations. She has her Associates of Arts and is close to completing her BA in Sociology. Her hobbies include running, cooking, and going to her sons sporting events. She is not from Texas, but got here as fast as she could!


Diane Lee, Executive Recruiter

Diane Lee has over 20 years travel industry experience with Sabre, GetThere, American Airlines, and Aviall. Her industry experience includes various aspects of travel including airline, global distribution systems, corporate online booking systems, website product marketing, government programs, CRM systems and business intelligence solutions. Diane has a multi-disciplined background in marketing, finance, supplier management, contract negotiations, government pricing and accounting, customer solutions leveraging enterprise data and business intelligence applications. Throughout her career, her focus has been investing in people and their overall development. Diane earned her Bachelor's of Business Administration for Select Students at Stephen F. Austin State University and her MBA at Southern Methodist University. She has a deep-seeded love for travel - domestic and international.


Stephanie Pruitt, Executive Recruiter

Stephanie is a graduate of the University of North Texas at Denton. Most recently, she spent 5 years working as a manager for one of the largest and most respected health care staffing agencies in the nation. Her days consisted of leading her team members to find the perfect health care professional for all open positions, and through this she has become skilled in every aspect of the recruiting world. When she isn’t working to find her customers and clients the perfect professional match, Stephanie spends as much time as she can with her two young boys and husband. Stephanie also sings locally in a band called Maiden Texas, and yes, she loves her country music.


Flor Del Rio, Executive Recruiter

Flor has served as a Human Resource Recruiter since 2001. She is highly experienced in full cycle recruiting and has a strong background in hiring Call Center Supervisors, District Managers, Sales Managers, Retail Store Managers and Corporate Personnel. Flor is bilingual and offers an extensive background in training and new employee orientation. Her screening practices and matchmaking style have proven to increase retention of candidates for clients.


Marc Nesbitt, Executive Recruiter

Marc has over 5 years experience in sales. He enjoys working with people and helping them to find their greatest career potential. Originally from Dallas, Oregon, Marc enjoys spending time with family and being involved at church. He also enjoys outdoor activities including hiking and camping.


Carin Palmer, Candidate Coordinator

Carin is originally from Tulsa and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Leisure/Therapeutic Recreation from Oklahoma State University. She also has a Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Theological Seminary and offers an extended background in counseling. Carin enjoys reading and playing disc golf with her family.


Celina “Salima” Cruz, Candidate Coordinator

Salima is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, where she earned her degree in International Business with a minor in Spanish. Most recently, she worked at DFW International Airport, in the office of Asset Management. Her professional experience also includes six years of service as an International Account Specialist for a cargo company, where she was responsible for providing world-class customer service to both clients and customers. Salima offers a solid background in auditing, logistics and account management.


Michelle Silva, Candidate Coordinator

Michelle is a graduate of Texas A&M University. Before joining the team at Reyna Consulting, she most recently worked at a staffing firm, preparing candidates for interviews. Michelle is highly efficient at sourcing and screening candidates, and preparing them for the right career opportunity. Michelle is a big fan of music and volunteers in the children's music ministry at church.


Pam Brown, Candidate Coordinator

Pam graduated from the University of Texas with a BS in Medical Technology. She worked as a clinical microbiologist for many years, at Presbyterian and Parkland Hospital, and later was a supervisor at a clinical microbiology lab at Southwest Medical Labs in Irving, TX. Most recently, she worked as a bookkeeper for various companies. She volunteers at the children's ministry at church and recently volunteered on a rotation to help a family who had triplets.


Becky Sublette, Candidate Coordinator

Becky is originally from Indiana, and moved to Texas as fast as she could! Her professional background includes product marketing and sales. She is the proud mother of 3 children and 5 grandchildren. Becky earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Health from Franklin College in Franklin, Indiana.
